Artificial Movement in Photoshop
This photo was taken as a candid, but originally, it was frozen. In photoshop, I blurred the background to create a sense of movement towards the center of the photo. The Rule of Thirds (balance) is created by the position of the subject and her movement toward the center of the frame.

I just had a MEAN GIRLS flashback! this movement and blurring affect completely complements the photo and makes it whole! it looks great and as though you didn't even use photoshop! <3 it
